We buy income producing real estate in quality locations, at a discount to physical replacement cost. 

Improve

We pursue comprehensive value-add initiatives by investing capital to improve physical and operational aspects of the asset.

Hold

We put attractive long term financing in place, generate cash flow, and look for our next opportunity.
